At Palmer, we are blessed by the many ways in which we encounter Christ: through worship in our beautiful nave, fellowship with dear friends, and serving one another both within and outside our community. We see the Lord at work in our lives in so many ways as we both give and receive gifts in Christ’s name.
Stewardship is an outward sign of how we give back to the faith community which means so much to each of us. We can show our gratitude by sharing our time, our talents and our money. Ministering to a parishioner in need, teaching a Sunday school class and helping to beautify the church playground are all examples of ways in which we can be good stewards. The financial commitment we make to the church is essential for its operation, literally keeping the lights on. Pledging to Palmer, an activity which we typically do in October, helps us to plan budgets for the upcoming year. We ask you, our parish family, to consider how you might contribute.
