Registration is now open for the Annual Palmer Women's Retreat to be held Saturday, January 30, from 2 to 5 PM! Online registration is available through this LINK. We are honored to have the Reverend Callie Swanlund lead us in “Braving the Wilderness: Lanterns to Light our Way.”
Callie is an Episcopal priest serving in Philadelphia, helping people to “find their spark” and building creative ministry. She leads individuals and groups in the work of Dr. Brené Brown as a certified Daring Way facilitator. She is a mama, creator, lover, and dreamer who creates a virtual and traveling space – “The Epiphany Space” -- for people to discover and use their creative gifts and learn the digital tools to tell their story. She will nourish our souls and reflect on this pandemic and other wilderness times that hold periods of discernment, grief, and uncertainty, and she will give us tools for utilizing the lanterns God has already given us: our core values. Participants will have an opportunity to find grounding in a chaotic world, connect with one another, and examine concrete ways our values can illuminate our path in seasons of crisis and chaos.
