Please read the following volunteer descriptions and indicate which area you would like to volunteer by selecting your 1st and 2nd choices below.

I can help during VBS . . .

Group Guide: escorts children through the different activity stations they will attend.

Games: will facilitate theme related games outside.

Arts and Crafts: facilitate a creative activity that relates to the daily theme.

Snacks and building: Each day we will have a theme related snack. The Snack Helpers will prepare the snacks, clean up and re-set the room for the next group.

Storytelling: Presenting the bible story each day in fun and creative ways!

Preschool Classroom: The preschool friends will meet in one classroom for the day but will have activities that coordinate with the themes and activities that the older children are participating in.

Registration: These helpers will help the children find the way to the appropriate classrooms and assist parents in registering any previously unregistered child into the program.

I can help from home or after work . . .

At Home Helper: we will need several helpers to prepare materials; these are simple tasks that can be done at home when convenient to you.

Decorating and Set-up the week before

Clean-up Crew: meet on Thursday after VBS to help clean up St. Bede's Chapel.
