Palmer Memorial Episcopal Church is seeking a Director of Operations to oversee the daily business and administrative life of the parish. This role provides leadership in financial management, human resources, and facilities, ensuring that our shared work is carried out with integrity, transparency, and care. Working closely with clergy, staff, and lay leaders, the Director of Operations helps steward the systems, people, and spaces that support Palmer’s mission and sustain the life of our community.
