At Palmer, retreats are more than time away—they are an invitation to step out of the pace and pressures of daily life and enter into spaces of prayer, reflection, friendship, and renewal.
Across the year, the women of the parish, the men of the parish, and the wider Palmer community gather in different ways and in different places, but always with a shared hope: to draw nearer to God and one another.
Rooted in the Episcopal tradition, Palmer Retreats make room for meaningful conversation, quiet rest, worship, learning, laughter, and the simple gift of being together. Whether you are seeking spiritual renewal, deeper connection, or simply space to breathe, there is a place for you here.
We invite you to explore the retreats below and join us for a season of rest, reflection, and community. Additional information will be shared as we get closer, but in the meantime, please save the date.
Palmer Men's Retreat - October 2026
The Palmer Men’s Retreat will take place at Camp Allen from , and all Palmer men and friends are invited to join us for a weekend of fellowship, rest, conversation, prayer, and renewal. We will gather on Friday evening for dinner and conclude after worship on Sunday morning. Participants are welcome to attend the entire weekend or join for part of the retreat, even just for the day. Set among the peaceful piney woods of Camp Allen, the weekend offers space to step away from the demands of everyday life and reconnect—with God, with one another, and with yourself. There will be time for meaningful conversation, shared meals, worship, laughter, outdoor activities, and quiet reflection. Whether you are new to Palmer or have been part of the parish for years, this retreat is an opportunity to build deeper friendships and experience community in a different way.
