If you have not received confirmation in 2-3 business days please email or call 713-529-6196 during regular business hours. *Note all campus events require a security guard to be present. Any events that occur outside of regular business hours will have additional fees for security and custodial staff.
For visiting organizations or individuals: Approval for events must be acquired at least three (3) weeks in advance of the scheduled event. A Rental Agreement Contract will be drafted and the organization/group representative notified when the contract is ready to be signed. A Certificate of Liability Insurance is required. Use the attachment button located in the request form below.
