Everyone is welcome on Friday, October 20, when we host Dr. Emily Reiser, Associate Director of Texas Medical Center Innovation. Dr. Reiser will share the vision of TMC Innovation, which is shaping the future of health care by uniting promising innovators with the best minds in science and medicine at the member institutions of the Texas Medical Center. The TMC Helix Park Master Plan spans 37 acres and includes approximately 5 million square feet of anticipated development with the first phase due to open in late October. We will gather at 7 PM at the home of Betty and Jim Key for a potluck supper, followed by our speaker. Please bring a dish that will feed at least 6 people and $3 to cover expenses. For more than 40 years, Palmer parishioners have gathered together to build relationships, enjoy delicious potluck dinners, and learn about current thought-provoking topics.
Many stimulating and interesting issues, selected by parishioners, were presented in recent years. These included: U.S. Healthcare World Ranking, Texas Politics, Palmer’s Fisk Organ & Organist, Buffalo Bayou Park, and much more.
