Sarah has served as an assistant priest for pastoral care at St. Martin's Episcopal Church in Houston and as a hospital chaplain in the Texas Medical Center. She is a graduate of the University of Mississippi and Yale Divinity School. Sarah is a writer and speaker for Mockingbird Ministries and cohosts its podcast, which is called the Mockingcast. She is married to the Rev'd Josh Condon, and they have two children: Neil (8) and Annie (4).

She is thrilled to be called to this ministry and wrote these words to the students of Autry House: "I look forward to meeting the students at Rice and to talk about where we see the Gospel moving on our campus. I plan on spending individual time with the students so I can hear about what your dreams are for this ministry. I truly believe God has called me to serve alongside you all. I can't wait to start!"
