Deacon Mary J. Reddick was appointed by the Bishop of Texas to serve at Palmer.
Mary’s husband, Max, is a retired physician. They have three grown children who continue to light up their lives. Mary managed her husband’s office part time for 17 years and full time for over 20 years. She was graduated from the Iona School of Ministry and ordained a deacon in 2015. Along the way, she discovered Houston Revision and began to work with gang affected youth inside the justice system. She has been working with Revision since 2013 and, separate from her official duties as a deacon in a congregation, is currently working directly with youth in lockdown facilities in Harris County and the State of Texas. Mary is also a member of the Daughters of the King, a community of women within the Episcopal Church who are dedicated to prayer and service.
