As a partner in mission with the Episcopal Diocese of Costa Rica, along with several churches in the Diocese of Texas, Palmer sends adults and youth to San Jose, Costa Rica to assist this mission-minded diocese with projects; and, we hope to develop ways for sharing resources and exchanging wisdom and experience throughout the year.
