For many people, the visual arts offer a path to God, just as music and poetry do. Palmer’s Open Art Studio is a wonderful opportunity for people of ALL AGES (6 to 106 years) to use art materials in a relaxed (air-conditioned!) setting. Parents or caregivers must stay with children. Basic art materials are provided, and you are welcome (and encouraged) to bring your own. Donations towards cost of art supplies are welcomed. You are also encouraged to bring a lunch. Open Art Studio happens every Thursday this summer, beginning June 20, from 10 AM to 2 PM in the Holy Cross Children’s Room and is hosted by Roger Hutchison.
